Baraxis — Brand Identity
— Project Overview —

One job: brand, product, and code.

Baraxis is a business-management platform built for mobile bar operators — events, clients, invoices, contracts, staff scheduling and analytics in a single dashboard. It started as a college project and was rebuilt years later into a live product processing real subscriptions.

Mobile bar operators run six-figure businesses on spreadsheets, group chats and sticky notes. Every tool they use was built for someone else. We designed the brand, the product and the marketing site, then shipped the front-end and backend on a modern, AI-augmented stack.

— Our Approach —
01

A Category Nobody Had Branded

Bar-industry branding leans into craft-cocktail romance — copper, candlelight, hand-lettering. Baraxis is not for the cocktail; it is for the operator running the business behind it. Warm amber, sharp geometric type, clean structure. It looks like software you would trust with your money, because that is what it is.

02

A Product, Not Just Screens

This is a real application — dashboards, invoice and contract flows with e-signatures, staff scheduling, a client CRM, analytics. We designed the full experience: the flows, the empty states, the error states, the logged-in life of someone using this every day under pressure.

03

Shipped End to End

Brand in Affinity, product in Figma, then built and deployed on Next.js, Supabase, Stripe and Vercel. The design decisions, the architecture and the judgment about what was good enough to ship stayed with us throughout.
